Before founding Thielmann Immobilien, Rainer Thielmann helped build the real estate department of a well-known building society and successfully managed it for many years as a real estate and financing consultant. He has now been working in this profession for over 30 years and knows the market inside out. Sven Thielmann also wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and, after completing secondary school in Dülken, completed an apprenticeship as a real estate agent. Not only during this phase, but also in the years that followed, he gained extensive experience as one of the younger real estate agents and prevailed over his competitors. In 2015, at just 25 years old, he was recognized as one of the "Top Real Estate Agents" in our region.
